A Six-Part Journey Toward Healing the Mind, Restoring the Heart, and Renewing the Church— uniting musicians, storytellers, and trauma-informed experts to spark awareness and hope for mental health.
A Sound of Hope: Healing the Hidden Struggle PILOT EPISODE 1 is now streaming!
A Sound of Hope Discussion Series empowers Christians to discuss mental health openly and without stigma. It uncovers inner wounds and misconceptions, guiding believers toward a path of health and healing so they can live in lasting freedom.
A mental health series designed to go beyond surface conversations and dive deep into the root issues behind mental health struggles. But we don’t stop at awareness—we guide people toward recovery, healing, and ultimately, back to their God-given purpose.
Each of the 6 episodes weaves together powerful original music from featured artists, real stories of resilience, and insight from trauma-informed experts. It’s raw, honest, and beautifully redemptive. Our goal is to create a space where faith and mental health are no longer seen as separate conversations, but as two parts of the same healing journey.
Our Mission.
To break the stigma of mental health in the church and encourage a whole body (spirit, body & mind) approach to mental healing for complete and lasting freedom.
Our Vision.
Our vision is to see every church in America embrace and implement a mental health and inner healing ministry.
ABOUT A SOUND OF HOPE.
A Sound of Hope is a mental health initiative that provides tools and resources to encourage open discussions and break the stigma for mental health within the Christian community. Through workshops, collaborative events and our flagship awareness prevention series — A Sound of Hope: Healing the Hidden Struggle, we help educate individuals of faith on how the mind, soul and body are linked and how the root causes of poor mental health are often the result of unhealed trauma, core lies and unforgiveness.
By amplifying the voices of those who have faced the depths of despair, we not only create awareness but also instill hope in others who may be battling similar feelings. Together, with the help of the Holy Spirit and the strength of a united church, we can break the silence around mental health and bring healing to those who need it most.
